Q1. How do I place an order?

A1. Start by creating an account using the prompt embedded in the footer.

If you have any questions or need advice, feel free to contact us via email or WhatsApp. For orders larger than 10 pieces, you can request a discount code.

Once you’re set, start shopping! Most of our products can be pre-ordered even if they’re out of stock. Pre-orders typically take about three weeks to ship, but depending on the size of your order, it’s best to check with us before purchasing.

When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. We accept all major credit cards for payment.

Q2. Why become a member?

A2. As a member, you can:

Q3A. Shipping within Turkey

A3A. We ship via Yurtici Kargo within Turkey and DHL for international orders.

Shipping costs vary based on express and international shipping options and are not included in the product price.
Currently, domestic customers in Turkey pay shipping fees directly to the courier upon delivery.

We’ll provide shipping rates and estimated delivery times. International orders ship via DHL through Santimetre Studio’s business account—once we quote the rates and receive your confirmation, you’ll reimburse us for the shipping cost.

Q4. Do you take custom orders?

A4. Yes! Custom orders are a significant part of our business.

All our forms can be glazed in your preferred colors. Just reach out via email or WhatsApp with your ideas, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Since each piece is handmade from scratch, custom orders typically take 4 to 8 weeks to complete, depending on the quantity.

Q5. Do you offer wedding registries?

A5. Absolutely! We love wedding registries.

You can select your desired items and quantities, and we’ll create a dedicated page for you on our website. Your friends and family can contribute by purchasing pieces from your registry.

Q6. What if I’m not happy with my order when it arrives?

A6. That shouldn’t happen, but if it does, please contact us for a return or exchange.

Q7. Can I mix and match pieces from different collections?

A7. Yes, absolutely.

Santimetre items share a common aesthetic language—graceful, thoughtful, and cohesive. Everything blends beautifully together.

Q8. Do you design and produce custom pieces for special projects?

A8. Yes, we love collaborating on unique projects, big or small.

We’ve worked with artists, designers, restaurants, bars, hotels, residential interiors, olive orchards, retail stores, gift registries, and even award designs.

Q9. How do I care for Santimetre porcelain ware?

A9. Our porcelain pieces are durable and made for everyday use—so don’t hide them away in a cabinet!
    •    Dishwasher safe: All our pieces can go in the dishwasher.
    •    Glazes: Fired at 1230°C, they will never fade—except for gilded pieces!
    •    Gilded pieces: Hand wash with mild soap and dry by hand.
    •    Unglazed areas (mostly the bottoms): Can be scuffed or gently scrubbed with a strong sponge to remove coffee or tea stains.

Q10. Can I visit your studio or purchase in person?

A10. Yes! Our studio and flagship store are located in Ayvalık, a beautiful neoclassical coastal town north of İzmir.

We’re open six days a week from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
